Premier Estate Management recorded sales of 22 million euro during the first five months of the year, with an average of 36 apartments traded each month. The highest level of apartment sales were recorded in Asmita Gardens project, where transactions totaled 4.5 million euro. Also, a large part of the sales were brought in by the recently created investment division, which has operated transactions for land and investment packages, reaching a total of 6 million euro.
About 58% of the real-estate transactions were made through the Prima Casa program, a percentage lower compared to previous years. For the premium projects, such as Asmita Gardens, Ibiza Sol and 49Gafencu, most buyers preferred to pay through installments to the developer.
