AFI City is the first residential project developed by AFI Europe in Romania. The project is, located in the North-West part of Bucharest, District 1, along the Bucurestii Noi Boulevard. Once completed, the large scale planned residential project will rank amongst one of the largest residential projects in Bucharest. As Phase I, two residential buildings consisting of 190 apartments, served by 228 above ground parking spaces are planned to commence development, while future phases are currently under design phase.
