Premier Estate was one of the participants at the CPI Conference organized by Imobiliare.ro and CPI (Real Estate Professionals Club), the biggest real estate conference in Romania,  that brought together 400 real estate companies from across the country with the sole purpose of networking and sharing best practices and know-how they gained during the past year. The event took place at Biavati Events between 10-11th of February.

We are proud to announce that Premier Estate Management was distinguished with The Special Residential Sales Team award at the biggest real estate conference in Romania, organized by imobiliare.ro and Clubul Profesionistilor in Imobiliare. In addition, Cartierul Solar – one of the residential compounds we are representing, has won the award for The Most Innovative Project!

Andreea Comșa, our managing partner, was also a speaker in one of the panels debating the possible effects of the law of giving-in-payment.  In the end, all of the participants at the panel agreed on one thing: the law already is already producing consequences on the market regardless of the fact that it is not yet in effect, due to its provisions that are still not fully settled.
